Today Capcom announced that Dead Rising has sold one million copies worldwide When asked of a sequel the creator responded by saying, “Bringing out Dead Rising has allowed us to establish a new franchise that we can use for years to come.” Capcom succeeded with over one million shipped by the end of 2006, a good milestone for a video game.
