German ratings board
*UPDATE* I got a reponse from Steve at Ninja Bee about Eets. He said the information would have to come from someone else as it was developed by Klei Entertainment. Ninja Bee has announcements that should happen pretty soon but I'm waiting from Klei Entertainment's response now. But it was rated by a gameboard so it most likely is coming from Xbox 360.
