To channel Watchmen’s Rorschach, “Hurm…” It seems the rumor mill is getting a head start this week. According to an Ars Technica post, Microsoft and Capcom are planning to release a red Xbox 360 bundle to coincide with Resident Evil 5’s March release. The rumor describes a red 360, a red controller, a RE5 game disc, an ‘exclusive’ RE5 theme, and a promo code for Capcom’s flagship arcade game, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. No word on which hard drive will be shipping, but I’m guessing the 60 GB in the premium models. This doesn’t sound too farfetched to me, but I am pretty sure the people buying Resident Evil 5 already have a 360.
